What Happens During a Root Canal?
To ensure that you experience zero discomfort during your root canal treatment, we will numb the area where the tooth is located. Then an access hole will be created in the enamel so that we can get to the pulp. The infected tissue will be removed, and the inside of the tooth will be cleaned and shaped as needed. After the tooth is refilled and resealed, you will most likely need to have a dental crown placed in order to keep the treated tooth safe.
